We had the privilege of assisting two new empty-nesters in bringing their dream abode to life amid the breathtaking La Jolla landscape. The journey began with the demolition of the original home, and from this clean slate, we meticulously crafted a splendid 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Santa Barbara-style residence, adorned with exquisite custom features throughout. Embracing timeless design elements, this home emanated a warm and inviting aura, perfectly suited to the married couple's tastes. French limestone floors seamlessly flowed through the entire house, including the stair treads that were fabricated-to-size. We responded to the client's desire for a splash of color in the kitchen by choosing a blue wood stain for the cabinets, preserving their natural charm. The residence exuded unparalleled character, thanks to a fusion of bespoke hand-painted and Fireclay tiles, along with customized iron-wrought lighting, rendering it truly one-of-a-kind for its proud owners.
